Susan Grow, Performance Measurement Consultant
Susan has more than 20 years experience in performance and customer/employee satisfaction measurement, quality management and evaluation, strategic planning and performance management. She works with agencies to help them develop and maintain their focus on a more customer-driven, results-oriented government, while helping them optimize operations in accordance with the President’s Management Agenda.
Prior to joining FCG, she helped organizations develop relevant performance measures, implement them and use the results to enhance their performance. In addition, she managed multi-million dollar customer satisfaction measurement programs for a Fortune 100 company. She brings with her broad functional experience as well which includes Operations, Marketing/Sales, Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, and Consulting.
Susan graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA degree in Business Administration focused on Management Practices and has done graduate study toward an MS focusing on the measurement of management performance.
