NIH Wins FCG's First Annual Customer Satisfaction Achievement Award

Treasury's Federal Consulting Group presented the First Annual Customer Satisfaction Achievement Award to the National Institutes of Health, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, for innovative, cross-agency use of the American Customer Satisfaction Index™ to achieve website excellence and consistently improve customer satisfaction.
